How many years of experience does the team have?
Our knowledgeable and experienced team collectively has over ten years combined at the College and Major/Minor League recruiting level.
What does the MLBPA do?
The MLBPA is the collective bargaining representative for all current Major League Baseball players. The Association also assists players with grievances and salary arbitration. The Association works closely with MLB in ensuring that the playing conditions for all games involving Major League players, whether the games are played in MLB stadiums or elsewhere, including internationally, meet proper safety guidelines. The Association also
serves as the group licensing agent on behalf of the players.
Who is eligible for the “Major League Baseball first-year player draft?”
To be drafted, a player must fit the following criteria:

Be a resident of, or have attended an educational institution in, the United States, Canada, or a U.S. territory such as Puerto Rico.

Have never signed a major or minor league contract.

High school players are eligible only after graduation, and if they have not attended college.

Players at four-year colleges and universities are eligible three years after first enrolling in such an institution, or after their 21st birthdays (whichever occurs first).

Junior and Community College players are eligible to be drafted at any time.

Who is considered an agent?
According to NCAA bylaws, an agent is an individual who, directly or indirectly:
Represents or attempts to represent an individual for the purpose of marketing his or her athletics ability or reputation for financial gain, or Seeks to obtain any type of financial gain or benefit from securing a prospective student-athlete’s enrollment at an educational institution or from a student-athlete’s potential earnings as a professional athlete.

Who is an advisor?
An advisor is a person who provides advice or counsel to an athlete or his family relating to the athlete’s value, proposed contract, or other subjects related to the draft.
An advisor can permissibly provide:
Information, research, advice, etc. relating to the draft process.
